The ENhANCE main project results will be presented in the project Final Conference in the format of two separate online Zoom events.

The main focus will be to present the European FCN Curriculum and to seek participants’ feedback to ensure its greater uptake and rollout across Europe.

 

Day 2:  Thursday, 20 May |10:00-11.40 CET
Join a panel session to hear key stakeholder perspectives about how the Family Community Nurse can meet patients and families’ needs and be an investment in delivering person-centred, integrated care.
